    Hi all,

Sorry I've got another question..... (you can tell I've been modding today lol)

I've just fitted an r&g tail tidy to my rr5 but am a bit concerned about the indicator and plate light wire. Now that they are closer to my exhaust and there's nothing protecting them, will they melt???

Any tips on protecting them, or the best way of routing them for protection against the feat??

    Cheers
    Nick

Mine have not melted, been on my bike for aprox 6 months and done about 10000 miles in that time.

Did you just come up the inside of the bracket on the left then under seat cowl to the connectors??

Thats the way I did it, came up left and wrapped them in black insulating tape too. I ended up tie wrapping them to the tidy (mine was a black harris) looks a good job and you don't really notice it after a while.
