Hi there, any body had any problems contacting R&G, have emailed them twice in the last week & still nothing back, was wondering if it's because I was reporting a fault with one of their products ( shock sock ).

 

I've spoke to them on phone no problems

 

E-mailed last Saturday, nothing & then last Wednesday & still nothing.

 

Why don't you phone them?
