yep looks like yam have taken another jump forward if all the reviews/press cuttings are anything to go by.no doubt BMW's new un' wont be far off it either. gotta wonder how long will it be before Honda take the plunge?
Not this again What exactly is that you think will move the CBR over this imaginary line? P.S. Don't take offence mate - I just get bored with these vague references to greatness.
Sounds like it going to be a great bike! Looking forward to the press reviews, wonder when that's planned..
Maybe that Honda are the best engine manfacturer in the world and if the choose to build the best engine, they will !! there my answer
I like this thought mate - much better than the usual "I want a bike with all the bells and whistles" *"bells and whistles" being the mysterious improvements that many people say they want but don't/can't define.
Maybe on one of the ones that apparently isn't reserved/sold yet (a few dealers are advertising them for sale at the moment)
Or you could just use the cash to buy a this chap's very nice "old" R1 (not mine!) 2010 yamaha r1 race, track bike | eBay
link please.or are you just talking about the invitation to lodge interest then go onto the waiting list? i'd be very very suprised if the 70 ish bikes coming to the uk haven't already been allocated to buyers, and as they wont be in the country for a month or 2 be a biot tricky to get out on 1.
There are only 87 R1M been sold in the uk this year there was 3000 people's names that went in to a hat and thats how they decided who got one. RepsolWill on here who is a mate of mine was one of the lucky 87 who is getting one in Feb.
I agree, cars and bikes with all the toys are fantastic but sometimes all they do is make crap drivers/riders look good. I used to have 20k's worth of Honda RS 250, it didn't need bells and whistles, just a ballsy rider
into a hat my arse,it's not what you know,it's who. ant guesses at 2 people i know (and you..) who got one? i'll give you a clue,1 instructs, the other just comes on the euro trips..
