race fairing bracket question

    Small thing but i whant to ask if any of you have experiance with brackets like on the pic? I'm wondering about upper fairing mountings and what is the best way to mount fairing, meaby screw with wellnut or is there something better?

    Track fairing fasteners

    My bike has Dzus fasteners for these upper mounting points (and wherever else for quick removal like fairing joints). 'Female' piece is pop rivetted to the bracket and the 'male' fastener is held in place in the fairing with a nylon washer.

    Ok, i also use Dzus at all other places, can you please post a pic how you attached them to front fairing bracket? Technical Eanglish is not so easy sometimes..;)

    Yes, that's the way mine are fastened, rivetted to the top stay (not sure there is another way).

    Like the top picture of the SES bracket, I had to stick some foam on my bracket so the fairing wasn't touching the bracket directly as the edges started to cut into the glass fibre.

    Sorry, I don't have any close up photos of mine and I'm not back in the UK until later in January.
