Anybody know how to get a ral code for a 13my blade, it's the silver colour the frame is painted in. That's the frame and not the swing arm. Got a minor scratch any normal person wouldn't bother about, but me that's a different story.......

    Cheers

Actually the best way is to match the colour up at a paint distributer. Where do you live ? I work for a automotive paint company

I would advise against touching up the frame. Always makes it look worse in my opinion

Not sure if the 2013 is the same but the 09 silver frame had a paint code of NH460M - Omega Silver Metallic.
There is also a seperate silver paint code for the 09 rear sub frame too NH167MU - Iron Nail Silver Metallic but this has been known to change to black in 2011 NH461M - Temple Black Metallic.

Touch ups can be a bigger eye sore than the original scratch if not careful tho......good luck. :)

Bought the stand and let somebody from my local garage put the nut on my bike, not taken the care to make sure they didn't mark the frame. What makes it awkward is they are friends of mine, didn't want to mention it to them as it's cause of a big fall out. Well pissed off

http://www.chipex.co.uk/ check out the site for the technique . You dont want to apply with a brush but a small cocktail stick. Due to size any coarse aluminium would work. Perhaps even hamerite as this has filling capabilities.
