With all the extras and low mileage id say atleast 7k, but when there's much newer models goin for around 8k (albeit without the extras) i think youd struggle to get more. Maybe if you sols to an enthusiast who would be willing to spend £££ for all the extras then you would get more for it sold privately

Agree with Yorkshire Tykes valuation. You would probably get more by selling the extra bits separately.

I'm happy with somewhere in the region of 6.5k to 7k, and you are of course right, the value of newer models impose a ceiling.

love the bike, so I'm planning on keeping it for a good few years hopefully enjoying minimal deprication, hopefully the bike will lose less than a grand a year for the next couple of years. Bargain!

Hondas 0% has ripped the ass out of the second hand rr8+ market imo, extras very rarely get you more money, defo strip it and sell them, you'd get the same for the bike stock, that's the odd thing...

I consider my 09 'Blade to be priceless, wouldn't part with it for the world.

With almost 3k on your clock I'd say get out and use it and enjoy it.

Always impossible to price a bike, particularly with some tasty extras as you have, and ultimately it is only worth as much as someone will pay for it.

To give you a comparision, I bought my 10 plate HRC ABS from a Honda dealer July 2012, with 3K miles on it, with some nice extras, of the likes of tail tidy, hugger, Honda seat cowl, screen, tank pads, R&G bling, alarm. Fully serviced and new BT16 Pros and 6 months warranty for 7.5K, guess the owner would have seen 6 ish on his trade in price.

Thats depreciation of about £1.30 for every mile he rode it, before tax, insurance, fuel, servicing etc !!!! Get out there and pile the miles on :D

not sure about the UK, but here in belgium your better of taking all the extra goodies off and selling seperately, as you would probably end up with more than £7K cash doing so, otherwise it just depends on the person buying it and how much he fall's in love with your blade....
