    Hi guys

I used to have a gsxr750 and my rear paddoc stand was perfect, however I have just tried to use it on my blade and it's too narrow.

Does anyone know if you have to have a 1000cc specific rear paddock stand, if you know what I mean?

    Thanks

    Rob

I didn't have an issue using my old ZX6R stands on my Blade. Which ones are they as some have a bolt through the pole which can be adjusted slightly and some can be opened out a little using a jack. Do you have pics?

@Muffking Picture now added the space between the two hooks is too narrow. Any ideas?

There's usually enough give in the bolt holes on these to allow some movement.
See the nut & bolt half way down on both sides, if you loosen them you should be able to twist the sections outwards where the hooks are to widen the stand enough, then tighten them back up so they don't move when you lift the bike.

I've 2 different brand stands both as muffking mentioned with adjustable bolts...I've just measured max width capacity & it's 37 cms on both. What's the width capacity on yours?

I Have a spider warrior stand from Deemon tweeks, this lifts the full bike and you can move it on the casters, with adaptors vat post etc was about 160, This has been the best thing I have bought, I use it for maint, cleaning and storage to keep the tyres off the ground and weight off suspension
