Rearset differences

Hi I've seen a pair of Gilles rearsets I'm interested in but they say they only fit abs bikes and mine is non abs can anyone tell me the difference and are they adaptable to fit?

I don’t see why there would be any difference between ABS and none ABS versions

 

I'm guessing it's the rear brake mechanism either getting in the way or moving the mounting holes.
However I only have an ABS so I can't compare but I do have a lot of clutter in that area rhs...
