I was taking my HM Quickshifter off yesterday and found a red wire with a female bullet connector not connected to anything.
I have a Datatool S4 alarm but not one with an immobiliser, a gear indicator and a Powercommander 3.
I am worried that this should have been connected by a garage but I can’t see anywhere obvious that it should connect to.
    Please help me

It's female and so will probably be a live/positive cable. Check the voltage with and without the ignition on, it looks like a power feed that has been added after manufacture.

Thanks. Someone said it could be to do with the PC3 and the TPS but I can’t see the male end

Yes it works but it feels like it’s not quite as powerful and my HM Quickshifter has stopped working too. Life just gets better and better

If it were the culprit then I'd imagine that there is a bullet plug somewhere to fit that socket. Unless it's off a screw in sensor.

Something somewhere is missing a power or data feed. The 2 problems may not be connected but I wouldn't be surprised if they were.
