Repsol replica leathers quality?

    Hi has anyone bought any replica leathers? You can find them on ebay for £245 but what is the quality like? Plus are repsol leathers only suitable for repsol bike? I have a black bike but i do love the look of the repsol leathers. Thanks in advance

    I have seen some people in those leathers at bike meets and I will honeslty say they look pretty bad! Plus I wouldnt trust a suit for that amount of money but maybe thats just me?

    As regards to the repsol leathers matching your bike, Its your choice and if it makes you happy then theres your answer :)

    As per the previous thread. Some 'replica' leathers were on Fake Britain on TV. The quality was dangerously awful, even the leather used was questionable and they showed how it could be torn by hand.

    I would not personally risk buying a suit that could fall apart even without crash. I know each to their own but it's worth looking at a place you can go and try on your leathers and buy much like a Helmet.

    I don't think I have ever bought without trying or over the net any biking gear I wear. IE: Gloves, helmet, Boots, Leathers. Always bought via shop or NEC show after trying on

    Can't help on quality but the leathers with a black bike could work

    You cannot skimp on quality. Always better to go for a well known and trusted brand

    Just seen a set of Alpinestars Repsol leathers on eBay size xxl. Unfortunately too big for me, but may be of interest to someone on here.
