It is looking like 2hrs of reasonable temperature for us in South Cumbria. I might have to make the most of it. Possibly Hartside Moor for me. But I'm not holding my breath on the weather being anything like as promised. Watch out for those potholes.
Just watched the latest forcast. It's no longer looking too good for here anymore. Wind and rain now. Bummer.
Cracking run out to Wales today from South Manchester, Saw Andy and Marion on the A49 near Oulton then it was onto Penderosa Cafe for a quick brew: Continued via Ruthin to Denbigh Moor which was damp, cold and trying to rain, then over to Bala and into sunshine. Mate used Trigger and loved it to bits so wanted an arty shot Only bikes in car park, and the cafe was closed so nipped into town for another brew and sandwich Got him in good time to wash both off Roads were covered in dust / salt / grit down the centre line, not confidence inspiring seeing clouds of dust kicked up by your mate razzing your own bike in front of you but no harm done. Does not feel like 2 weeks ago it was on its side at Shell Oils at Oulton with a burst front tyre.
Last pic a bit fuzzy as I covered phone in water washing front of house down - you forget how handy a waterproof phone is till its soaking wet (be it in a rainstorm in Jakarta where its your moped satnav at night or outside your front door)
Right about the dusty roads and the shite in the middle my bike was dirty when I got home felt sorry for it so cleaned it will polish it sunday while it is raining
