    Typical FRENCH.Announced laws then do a complete u-turn cos they didn't think about it in the first place.Talking of the frogs don't buy French cars.They are shit and the newer they are the worst they are. Every mechanic and MOT tester I know hate the bloody things including me.I don't think I have anything good to say about the French sorry!
