Guys, Can anyone help with some set up details for a '98 Blade please? I want to replicate the position & angle of the bars in relation to the seat of the blade onto a different marque bike (Ducati) because it feels so nice for me personally. This is probably because I have had the blade since new so it's just so natural & comfortable over long distance whereas the other bike isn't. I realise I can fit adjustable bars to the ducati to help but don't know how to measure the angles etc. & google didn't throw up some magic numbers for me Cheers, Gary
This was done last year by Fast Bikes I think to a Ducati and it transformed it! They used Gillies Riser Vario Bars which I also have fitted to my Blade. They aren't cheap, bout £330 plus fitting, but IMHO are worth every penny!
Thanks for the pointer to the FB article but haven't managed to find it on their site Do we have any people on here that can advise on the geometry (angles etc.) of the bars in the various planes i.e up/down, fore/aft for the Blade or perhaps suggest a way to measure these for reference? Thanks
