Right its the HRC blade 2011 and i cant decide! I think the leo vince gp pro will look the best! My choices are Leo vince gp pro yoshi r77 Arrow titanium with carbon cap who has what and what do ya think! Also and good places to buy from cheers steve :Banane51:
Personally i like the AKrapovic cans but as they are primarily race cans they don't do an infill panel as the race fairings cover the link pipe. Loys of peeps have the R77 so if it where me id go with either leo or Arrow or even Akro with a leo vince infill panel
I can only comment on my R77 but I think it looks great and sounds lovely. But heard many good things about the GRP can's making some impressive BHP increases from friends who have this fitted on their Blades CBR1000RR Fireblade (2008-2011) - Honda Exhausts - Page 1 - Moto Legends Distribution Ltd.
Leo vince evoII for me. I'm not into the gp pro or go style TBH. Weigh up power increase/weight saving/looks/sound/quality against price and the Leo is a great choice.
I have the Yoshi R77 in carbon on mine sounds good even with the baffle in and not too loud when just cruising along. Main reason for me getting it was a good price used off ebay. I was also looking at Leo Vince Evo's, Akrapovic, GPR & Laser to be a bit different only a few places selling them here is a link to some sound clips that MOTORAD did note they have not put the covers on all the exhausts to save time for the clips. I'm going to order the yoshi r77 in carbon for mine in about a month when i get back from honeymoon, probably from america as a lot cheaper than this country Check out biohazard cycles they've got some good deals
I would of gone r77 straight away BUT with having a silver frame and swingarm footrests etc i think it will look daft! such a hard choice aarrgghh!!!
I thought that m8, but I have the same bike as you and have a carbon R77 Yoshi. It looks and sounds ace (will post pics soon). When I was deciding, it seemed that the Arrow and Akra cans either had a cat in or were stamped or etched with 'not for road use'... so I ruled these out. That left the Yoshi and Leo Vince cans. Leo Vince cans look and sound ace plus they are mostly E marked.... just dont look as good as the Yoshi R77, which is why so many fit them to their blades - simples! (oh damn! promised myself I would stop saying that!) LOL
You can get a stainless yoshi R77 and it looks really nice check it out http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2010-10-HONDA...ycle_Parts&hash=item43a1216298#ht_3808wt_1156
Got mine off Ebay. They go for pretty big money even 2nd hand. The best new price I found was this one... HONDA CBR-1000RR YOSHIMURA R-77 CARBON EXHAUST CF SS 10 | eBay UK or JHS tuning (£699)... CBR1000RR 2008-2011
Leo Vince every time .... road legal / removable baffle if you want more power and noise ... and I love the welds .
I'm giving serious consideration to leo Vince, but I place my toes on the pegs not my instep, does the Exhaust get in the way of your boots Nutty
The only thing with the GP Pro is its trying to look like titanium with its welds, but its just stainless steel... >>>>>>>>>Running away from Nutty!!!!! x
Well I have the Gilles rearsets on there as well and I can't touch the exhaust even if I try ... :eyebrows:
REALLY ... It's ever so light .. I just assumed it was Titanium .. but lets face it ... EVERYTHING is light after you man(woman) handle the original exhaust off the bike :heh: How quick can you run .... :bolt:
