RIP A53/A6 crash

    Just seen report about 2 accidents that claimed the lives of 5 bikers on Sunday 18th August on the A53 and the nearby A6
    Thoughts go out to families and friends.

    It's been terrible here in the peaks Brad. We've now lost nine bikers within a month :(

    There's been a lot killed this year all over. Scotland had a bad weekend a few weeks back.

    what's the reason? over ambitous riders running out of talent or zombi car drivers on autopilot?

    until you get to beautiful smooth piece of tarmac, then you are overcome with excitment & adrenaline:eek:

    @ my age I have leanered to kerb my enthusiam, zigzaging like a drunk, avoiding bumps & potholes.
