Myself, Repsolwill and GaryB plan on meeting up for a Christmas roast dinner at Rivington Barn if anyone cares to join us? If you've never been, you don't know what you're missing! It's a bike meet with food served in an original Saxon barn.
Cost is around £8.00 and excellent quality.
Bit short notice I know but we're going on Sunday 7th December (a week this Sunday). Plan to arrive around 1 o'clock with intention of eating at 2.
Not going on bikes by the way.
    All are very welcome! :)

Might do this ( do you need to book?) First place I went too when I passed my test and bought a new Kawasaki J2 600 .
Cop saw me coming for about 15 miles as I had purple headlight protectors installed and was on full beam ,I got the pull but he must have noted the four inch chicken strips and sent me on my way sharpish lol.

No booking needed Mike, bring Elaine along too!
I might add, it's a nice walk up to the pike if anyone fancies afterwards.

Nipped up to Rivi today for a reccy with my dog. The place was packed in the afternoon as there was a Christmas Santa run in full flow.
Took a trek up to the Pike using the same route through the Japanese Gardens as was featured on Countryfile earlier this evening.
Built up a ravenous appetite so checked out the food from The Barn on the way down. Roast beef and Yorkshire pud with all the trimmings! :)
