My boss opened his car door without looking the other day and had it swiped off by a BMW. We had a dinner on Thursday evening and I tried to find a damaged car door to get the waiter to bring to the table and ask if anyone knew who it belonged to but couldn’t find a door in time so instead I have arranged for the handy man at work to remove his office door instead. Can’t wait to see his face on Monday when he does to close the door. May not be a great career move but to late now to back out.
Short update. No comment on Monday but to be fair I didnt have any need to talk to the plonker, yesterday I was told that the doors back on and still no comments either . Meeting planned for today so will try and drop the word "door" into the conversation and see what happens.
I hope the meeting doesn't end with you being handd the P45 as a result of a sense of humour faliure lol!
Not a word, no comment, fcuk all. well disappointed I am after all the trouble I went to. did manage to get the word "door" into conversation, and only the slightest glimmer of acknowledgement, these bsatrads don’t earn 100k a year without learning to bluff the best of us. But he knows, that I know, that he knows I did it and that all that matters. What a tosser !
