16T front - 40T rear is the standard sizes on the RR4/5 so this will give you better acceleration .. but will drop your top speed to 165 mph.. but your'll get there so much quicker will feel like your bike has an extra 15 bhp a 43T rear will shorten your wheel base by approx. 8mm improving turn in ... just check you have 8mm of adjustment useful speed graphs for rr4/rr5 for gearing changes
I have gone +2 on the back with a 42T and it makes enough of a difference to really enjoy the bike without worrying about losing too much top end. Lets put it this way, i would buy this 43T if i didnt already have a 42T with a -1 front sat in the garage for track days.
