I have never really liked the look of the standard hugger or chain guards, and want to change them. I was going to go down the carbon route, but it's pretty pricey for an atheistic change. I found a hugger from Pyramid plastics which incorporates hugger and chain guards, has anybody had one? Was it any good? Any other suggestions? Cheers
A mate had one of those on his Gixxer. Looked ok, but cracked where the chain cover part joined the hugger. Have you thought about having yours wrapped?
I used the Pyramid hugger on my RR6 and had no problems with build quality. One thing to mention though, there is not enough clearance to run a 190/55 tyre with it.
