Hi guys, Had a slight issue today, the blade seem to be overheating The expansion tank(HRC overflow bottle) is almost filling up and the bike seems to be running a high temp between 95-108c ...... The fan is coming a lot more than normal! Air lock or sticky thermostat? Any idea how to fix an air lock? Cheers guys
Sounds exactly like the problem I had with my RR5 trackbike last weekend. Was running at 100 degrees on track instead of 82 and fan kicking in at all sorts of temperatures. Turned out to be a wire going into ecu was half in, half out. My mate And7rp2 found and cured the problem for me.
