    Hi guys,

Had a slight issue today, the blade seem to be overheating :(
The expansion tank(HRC overflow bottle) is almost filling up and the bike seems to be running a high temp between 95-108c ...... The fan is coming a lot more than normal!

    Air lock or sticky thermostat?

Any idea how to fix an air lock?

    Cheers guys

Sounds exactly like the problem I had with my RR5 trackbike last weekend. Was running at 100 degrees on track instead of 82 and fan kicking in at all sorts of temperatures.
Turned out to be a wire going into ecu was half in, half out. My mate And7rp2 found and cured the problem for me.

Is the original radiator still fitted, if so it'll be getting tired by now, may need replacing.
