Hi everyone I have a 2006 1000rr fireblade in red it’s mint and I love it however I think the flared rear tail section is looking a bit dated and wanted to slim it down and either modify it or change it possibly to the 2009/10 600rr rear tail section and pillion seat etc has anyone changed theirs or have any knowledge if it will fit easily please any advice will be gratefully recieved thanks
Probably not that straight forward due to how the RR8 onwards seat fits compared to the RR4-7. I quite like the grilles in the tail, so I'd consider buying pillion seat cowl if you don't already have one, remove the pillion pegs and fit a tail tidy to get rid of the numberplate plastics.
