The end can is deffo painted stainless and the headers look stainless to me, my gixer had titanium headers and can and they don't look like the Hondas. I don't think Honda would use titanium headers onto a stainless can IMO

Yeah they are stainless as said, just for info Ti is a nighmair to weld, needs pre heating, purgeing and then tig, not easy as also wafer thin and brittle.. Ive had a few goes even with mixed metal mig and it just cracks like ice! Have to give it to a mate who has a 5k tig plant that looks like it can fly to the moon...lol oh and hes the man who can with all types of welding unlike me I am good with gas,arc and mig but my tig kit is crude and cheap and as I say no use for Ti...

Thank fook it's stainless then. Gonna use it to make a serpentine linkpipe and possibly a different system for my RRW. I have a set of 929 headers that are Titaniium, then stainless after the power valve ?

Its funny stuff Ti, ive had a go on fixing a few Akras from MX bikes and after welding it goes as brittle as glass, had some minor results with pre heating it then purging with pure argon but still not good gave up after a short time... Be cool to see what you come up with mw.

I was hoping for some dimensions of standard and after market exhausts off folks on here , but got no volunteers!. Hoping to get a cheap standard cat/silencer and have a look inside. Hoping to make the serpentine pipe and fit one of my cans on it for a RR8-11. also wanna make a stainless system for mine outta bends and y pieces to see the effect of the serpentine pipe with a stubby can. The first few will be TIG welded together without polishing , but eventually I hope to make a full big bore stainless system that you can't see the welds on!!
