I must admit, I’m a brand snob when it comes to leathers but with both dainese and alpinestar suits coming unstitched and having to replace most of the zips I can’t justify the 800-1k on either so looking at the rst evo r.
Anyone had any experience with the rst brand? Good or bad? Fitting?
    Any advice would be appreciated
    Cheers

I have an RST 'Blade' jacket. Was great value at NEC 2 years ago. Fantastic fit and accords with average size standards. Also, it must be a 5mm or more grain leather, incredibly thick with good removable lining and armour. Can't help with one-piece though.

Same as Nigel, have the Blade jacket and trousers, got them last year as a package steal. I've done about 5000mi in them so far and they fit very nicely and zip together well. They are heavy (and bloody hot in traffic in Spain in 34 degrees o_O) but feel like good quality overall, I'd buy more RST stuff.
    Similarly can't help with a one-piece though.

I’ve got the RST Razor 2 piece, bought them secondhand but they were like new nearly 5 years ago. Came complete with back protector and shoulder armour, so I got the extra hip and elbow armour to fit the lining pockets. Admittedly I’ve only done around 7 or 8k dry miles in that time but they still look fresh as the day I got them. Zips all work, stitching is sound and I have no complaints.

As above. I always struggle to find leathers that fit me. But these are comfy and good quality. Very please. I do cringe at the Blade logo though

I had the RST TrakTech Evo 2 onepiece. Super comfy suit and felt really protected in it. Only grip with it was and I think they still do is, on the wrist cuff it's velcro and I found that it didn't tuck into gauntlet gloves very well and sometime if you didn't line the velcro up right then it would scratch my wrists. Other than that I loved it.

I've had 2 of the cheaper RST one pieces and both v comfy no issues excellent value.
Also had a leather jacket and jeans that I commuted in...zips etc bombproof and the leather wore well.
Only thing I've got at the mo of theirs is a pair of the Black edition leather track pants which are kangaroo, got them at the discount place and again superb value for money. Worn all year round and still solid.
Bit like you I love the Dainese but their zips are bloody useless...

I like the RST stuff. By far the best value for money.

I'm using a Held slade which fits like a dream.

I think they’re great kwalitay.... if I didn’t buy my Dainese at the knockdown bargain I got them for, then RST would be second choice as well as Arlen Ness. The tracktek RST are superb.

I’ve got the Blade 2 piece. Seems well made to me for the price and comfy too. Got the race gloves and they seem to wear quite quick on the palms though.

I have done over 24,000 miles in my RST Rift leather jacket and Razor leather jeans , 8 years old now, the only thing that has broken is the plastic tab on the main zip last year , sorted it with a zip tie
Next set will be RST ;)

RST Blade jacket - stretch panels on the arms and good design features. Mine is 4 years old now and done thousands of miles with it. Fits really well. Nothing coming apart on it ........

I think it is well thought out and designed, well made and good price, and it looks good. Very happy with mine.

have used the brand for a long time, good quality for the price, less face it most of the named gear is a complete and utter rip off.Top dollar prices but still made by a third world workforce.

I've had the RST Blade jacket and trousers. Agree with the comments above about fit and comfort, but more importantly they held together very well after a big off.

I've since replaced with more RST.
