ruined screen bolt

    How doss everyone remove a screen bolt that the head is rounded.....have 5 that are grand and 1 rounded!!

    find a tight fit torx bit , failing that get a junior hacksaw blade
    and carefully cut a slot in it and use a flat head driver to remove it.

    I use a dremel with a cutting disc to cut screwdriver slots in delicate stuff like that. be careful not to overheat it and melt the plastic.

    or slip and cut a track in your fairing lol
