Meet at BuryHill at 845 to leave at 9am, get to Boxhill and leave there at 1130 for the ride down to Brighton... About 30 of us will start at BuryHill and go to Box, (where there is about 100+ bikes expected for the ride) depending on pace from Box to Brighton, we will peel off and go elsewhere. This is a post lifted from another forum, Scotty, a friend of the Harley Riders Club of Great Britain (HDRCGB) died recently of Pancreatic Cancer. There is a memorial ride on 22nd of September from Boxhill to Brighton in aid of pancreatic cancer research . The charity ride is a fiver a head donation. Scotty's young wife and family will be riding too. HDRCGB wanted to involve BHB and have asked if I could post this on the forum. The ride is open to all bikes and trikes and will finish up on brighton seafront. I will post further details once I hear more. Thanks.
I didn't know him, but popped down to the hill to see what was what. Decent turn out and was cool that there was a police escort I tagged on the back then veered off at Dorking to run up to Newlands Saw a couple of tidy blades there - may have been from here? '11 plate Repsol and a red 'un (07?) with red tape on the wheels
