hi all, Wondering if anyone has ordered from SC Project online store before? As I put in an order for the oval muffler carbon, back in July 19th. And it states it’s 3 to 15 days, then didn’t hear back until End of the month that it will be mid August. So I thought I’d wait, and didn’t hear anything still and messaged them 29th Aug, which they replied and said it would be a week..... Still not heard anything yet.... Do they just tend to take a while, or should I request a refund(that’s if they will give me one)

I had similar when I ordered from them in December, the 3 - 15 days is very optimistic.....worth the wait though!
Yeah, took about 3 and half weeks for mine to come through. Agree with the shutdown thing....I once ordered a laser exhaust from Netherlands who, like most of Europe, shut down during August, for that I had to wait 2 months
I did, but I’ve just read through it just now, thanks I guess it’s good we are in the first week of September, let’s see if we hear anything next week now. If not I’m planning to sell the bike and maybe sell the exhaust here if they take longer
How long did you end up waiting? I don’t know why they told me it would be middle of August then, if they closed. And they didn’t say anything about closing, but I guess I should have known.... Three incorrect advises on when it’s being dispatched so far..
Ask anyone who imports from Italy! I once waited a year for a fairing panel & when it arrived it was the wrong colour..............
Yeah, haha I’m gonna sell it all! Na I was actually planning a bike change before, but cause I was waiting for the exhaust, I decided to keep it a bit longer.
Well I bought an ABAC compressor from Italy a couple months back and have to say it arrived with me in 7 days total, and thats taking into account the extra 30,000 miles because of it being North of Aberdeen which most consider to be the Dark Side of the Moon
Haha, good idea! I have messaged them to cancel it now, and requested a full refund as they have said it won’t be ready until end of September, which the past two times they’ve always said it would be a week..... By the time the send it over it will be mid October or even November. They seem to have other priorities, I reckon for race bikes. Which is fair enough, but they keep giving new dates and not updating me when the time comes.
