Seat Removal Help (To get to the Battery)

    Hi people, just want to know how to get to the battery on the 2011 Blade? I think you pop off the plastic triangles under the seat, is this right? :confused::confused:
    If anyone has any tips I would be greatful

    Yes mate prise the plastic triangles off, they are just a pop stud, then all will become clear :)

    Is it best popping off from the front or back mate?

    from the back, the thickest part reach behind and pull outwards it will pop off, then remove it from the tab at the front, then undo the two screws holding the seat, one either side furthest back :)

    Is it just me or did anyone else loosen the fuel tank bolts first before realizing the seat screws are the ones next to it?!

    Yes as from where I was stood I couldn't see the seat ones as they are recessed lol

    Right thats the seat been removed so thanks guys for that its quite easy when you get the hang of it! ;)

    and me. took them out and still no luck with seat coming off!! the seat screws are fiddly buggers as even when undone they still just sit in the hole. had to hook something under screw head to pull out.

    They can be little buggers can't they

    I have changed mine for Ti taper head jobbies ... they are easier to grab
