    Hi,

Just bought a RR5 with 15k on the clock last month....Bike is in good clean condition, not really ridden much for the last year (200 odd miles)

Wanted to know what should be included in the service...will be doing this myself..

I have already changed the Oil and oil Filter..

    what else is recommended?

    Thanks

Valves are due a check at 16K. Plugs may be depending upon what's been done and when. Coolant and brake fluid every 2 years and check the air filter.

I would tend to change the plugs when doing the valve clearances as you are in that area with the tank and airbox off, so kill two birds with one stone. Just to add in, I would also change the clutch fluid on a 2 year cycle too.

Chances are the clearances won't need doing as from experience, Hondas don't go out on the clearances. But it is worth doing though.

it may sound silly but, lube cabels, moving parts like leavers side stand and check front wheel berings and steering head berings.
