Good morning peeps I bought myself a Sat nav holder (Ultimate add ons Iphone 5 Ram mount and case) Powered Yoke Stem Motorcycle Bike Mount + Waterproof Case for Apple iPhone 5 | eBay trying to fit it on so I could go for a ride at the weekend and ITS WONKY! The shaft of the ram mount is split diagonally in two so it expands when the nut is tightened, my problem being that it expands so much its impossible to get the shaft to go in straight and it leaves a small gap (for water to eventually rust the insides) as well as looking like some chimp has fitted it. I was talking to Sinewave last night and he is going to post picys of his (mount not his shaft hopefully ) so... has anyone else tried to fit one of these on a 2011 model (dont know if stem hole is larger on this model?) I have included pictures so this waffle makes sense, any hints, tips or advice would be most welcome.
