Picked her up on Saturday from Mansfield. I am so so so impressed!! Had the TaylorMade fender eliminator (tail tidy) fitted for collection so just the levers left to change this year.

Heard a couple of people say the TaylorMade exhaust can cause some power loss but on this occasion I would definitely say the opposite and she sounds awesome and has way more pick up than with the standard exhaust!! ;)

Having come from a RR7 to this RR9 I just think it does everything way better than my last blade and almost effortlessly too. Yup I'm loving her to bits right now.... :D

    Looking good Navvy,

The Taylor made exhaust does smooth out the lines of the blade and your rear does'nt look too bad either ;)

Thanks Barry! ;) Got a lovely Ducati style burble sound under 5000rpm. Come to mention it I did come across a 1098 with Termi's heading up the A1 from London on the way home earlier.... ;)

Well spotted!! It's a Roadlok device fitted at two wheel centre in Mansfield. They are around 200quid and permanently fitted to bike and you just fit the pin when required using a key. Having had my last one nicked that's the least my bike will be protected. Have a big fat chain too ;)

The TM exhaust is my favourite thing about the bike! The sound is incredible but obviously not quiet. They state around 104/105db so not sure I will get her on a track day but I wouldn't want to change it! I'll do a Youtube clip of a few flyby's at low rpms and full throttle so you can get an idea of the sound ;)

very nice mate, do like your rear end if you dont mind me saying?
also the roadloack device seems great,BUT, is it a bit fiddly arsed to line up the lock, pin, hole?
love to know as I would love to have a fixed disc lock?

Mate I absolutely love the rear end as the TM fender eliminator makes the line even sharper and slimmer from the side view and also its totally carbon fibre with a smaller rear break light.

The Roadlok is an absolute piece of cake to use. Once you have put the pin in you just push the bike slightly forward or back and it just clicks into place. Takes about 15 seconds to fit and remove so very easy when in a rush! I would really recommend it if you are looking at disc lock systems

If a few of you are interested in the Roadlok device let me know and I'll try to arrange a group buy :)

Do Taylormade have a UK seller or is it only available direct from USA? Hopefully they will be at the bike show.
