Hi, got 2L of Motul 7100 oil left over from last time I did a service on my GSXR track bike. Honda serviced my Blade last year when I purchased it and I’ve done 2 track days in 2023. Kept the same oil in for both. Looking to start doing some track days this year again so am looking to put fresh oil in this month in prep for a track day next month. Also doing oil filter swap. Would you recommend me using the 2 year old oil if I mix it with newer Motul 7100. Blade takes about 4L on a full drain and refil, So I was looking to save some pennies and only buy 2L and then use the remaining 2L in the bottle I already got. Oil has been stored in garage for 2 years on a shelf. So has done 2 cycles of cold and hot. I don’t think it should be an issue but just wanted to get a few opinions.
