Has anyone tried the new GT-Air yet? I'm interested in whether it's quieter (Or worse, not as quiet) than the Shoei Raid-II? Does it come with a pin-lock insert or do you have to add it?

Haven't managed to find one in a shop yet to try it... (might try Infinity in high holborn).

I have one and not an expert on helmets , went to Spain with it in September and the flip down dark visor insert is fantastic especially when going through dark tunnels just a quick flick up and your back to your clear visor.Firebloke had a dark visor only and every time we went in to a dark tunnell he was blinded .

Comes as standard with pin lock insert .

They retail at £460 issh demon tweeks did it for £399 with the discount we get mention my name if he try's to charge your more, certainly the cheapest in september when I bought mine

    I got the white ,red,blue

    So gets my vote .

Major bike shows coming up - NEC in November & London Excel in Feb 2014. I know both are a long way for you; but I got my XR1100 Shoei from Helmet City at the London show for £260. Could always contact them directly & see what deal they would do, otherwise Andy at Demon Tweeks will do a good deal.
