Surely not, Honda not being straight with the facts when it comes to safety................can't think of anything that's been discussed on here relating to Honda and safety..... BBC News - Honda fined $70m by US for failure to report deaths
I thought the same thing when I saw it on the news this morning. I did wonder if any of those deaths related to motorcycles but I doubt it....
I find this very hard to believe..that HONDA would keep things quiet!? Payback will always get you Mr Honda...it aint finished yet!
Does not surprise me at all . .When i called Honda about the crank shaft problem on my bike all i got was BS and the ABS problem on the blade was just dangerous but still no recall . . mr Honda does not like losing money !
Usual Japanese philosophy. Don't tell anyone about any faults and don't do recalls. They put it right at service time if possible and never tell you so it does not show on manafacturers reliability and customer satisfaction reviews. Toyota got bit on the arse a couple of years ago and the top men at Toyota had to apologise to the jap public for letting their country down.
I think the Honda problem was about airbags. It's suprising how many major car manufacturers know about serious problems with their products but continue to churn out expensive crap.
