Here's a nice memory from my summer last year. I did the run from mine down the A19 and across the Yorkshire Dales to Kendal, filled up with fuel and then went north along the A6 to Penrith. Absolutely fantastic, fast, flowing road and lightly-trafficked too due to the fact that the M6 runs parallel to it In particular this bit which greeted me as I rounded a corner As if that wasn't enough I still had Hartside pass to do after the Dales and this
Good shout Rich ,These is the stuff that keeps us going. How about giving us a good route to work on in summer.
LOL The first one is top of the Grimsal Pass in Switzerland the second is further south on the D64 in France near the Italian border. Can't wait for this years trip
