Just a public service message for those jockeys doing Trackdays on a budget ( excludes Jason lol) Special buys on sale in ALDI 4 th July there is a 800 w Workzone generator for a handy £59.99 and also a damaged screw remover set 5 piece for £ 4.99 .
Cheeky sod don't think 800 watt is big enough for tyre warmers ,I am sure I read somewhere to allow at least 1000watt for a set of warmers , but also to look at the noise level on them as the cheap ones can be as noisy as fu5k.
Race Tech Eco warmers are 450w and 250w.... but this is a constant 650w output so wont even do them...... you can get some reasonable generators via flee bay for around the £150 mark......
1kw is ample for warmers,even an 850 will manage at a push. ideally though you'd be beter getting a 2kw then you can run a kettle off it aswel for brews,the staple requirement for all t/days
