I love my blade..but next year my wife and I plan to do alittle more riding and camping. The blade doesn't do luggage very well. She has a 900 monster which does luggage enough less. So I'll be the mule. Hence needing something mule like.
Nice bike. Think I read somewhere that you can have either the top box or panniers attached, but not both at the same time. Might be something worth checking out.
I've got an orange Z1000sx just like that. Check the UK owners forum z1000sx.co.uk , you can use a Shad top box and rack as well as the Kawasaki paniers. Lots of talk about this on the forum and more than one solution. I've done over 20,000 miles on the Kawasaki all over Europe and it's a great bike, but it's not as nice to ride as my 2009 Fireblade that I've still got and owned since new.
