Well, that was a bit of a shock after looking at my rear wheel yesterday. All 5 nuts were there when I replaced the sprocket carrier bearing (about 3 weeks ago) before going to the Knockhill BSB (2 weeks ago yesterday). When I got home I put the bike up on the ramp to take bits off for a clean only to find this,

Lock nuts should be used or at least some strong thread lock!

Sprocket is only a few thousand mile old, but I'm replacing the chain and sprockets in August. The wheel is filthy, as is the sprocket. I've no-one else to blame but myself for loosing the nuts. I'm gonna stick some Nylok nuts before refitting the wheel.
