Back in February I posted a thread about not declaring a SORN when I tried to re tax the bike in Feb I was advised that I would face a fine of £80 plus back tax to November 2013

I spoke and wrote to DVLA, pleading ignorance etc but expected them to still impose the fine.

Yesterday I had my renewal notice through, no fine :)

Have I been a lucky guy or what !

Wont forget to SORN in Jan 2015.
