Got up this morning to a dry sunny day in the North West so if you are flooded out I'm sorry but a great day for a quick blast. Left Manchester onto Blackburn over Belmont to Rivington to see if anyone else had made it for a brew. I was surprised to see about 20 bikes but no Blades. Covered about 80 miles before heading home for a hot shower and dinner, now sat in front of the fire and I can't get warm. Anyone else been out???

I was in the car that day travelling for xmas, but thinking 'its 10' sunny - its a perfect December day for a blat out on the bike'

Well done for getting on with it - have you heated grips fitted? They make such a difference - plus Aldi biking thermals / windproof top and trousers!

No heated grips or thermals just 2 pairs of gloves and a pair of tracksuit bottoms under my trousers.
