Wondering if anyone can offer up any advice on crash bungs for my 2019 SP.

obviously if I can prevent any cutting, that would be the desired route.

Only ones I can see on EBay are RG.
Has anyone dropped the bike at slow speed with these, and if so, what was the outcome.

I had a set of Evotech on an S1000R once, dropped in a car park with no damage to the bike.

I bought the R&G set up for my Blade. People say they are heavy.. I say it saves my bike from damage and I wouldn't feel the weight difference. Dropped it once low speed embarrassingly, only slight scuff to the exhaust..

I would recommend them. No cutting required.

Saqib, do those RG come as a kit, with the plastic cowling?

PauloHRC. I had seen a few youtube videos saying the same about the engine covers, due to damage the sliders can do to the frame. However the engine case covers won't protect the fairings will they? My main concern is dropping the bike, rather than an off.

Yes they come with the revised plastic parts to fit.

I thought the exact same thing about engine casing covers btw. Glad I got the sliders tbh. But that's what suits me.

The engine and clutch covers actually protrude past that of the fairing .....
So at low speed or a stationary drop should do the job of protecting your fairings. Anything at high speed is going to destroy your fairings anyway but at least your engine and clutch covers will remain intact.;)
