I've one of these fitted to the bike and on the way home I'd decided to look at the speedo and much to my surprise the speed was jumping up and down sparadically. Cruising on the motorway at 66/67mph it just dropped to 62, then up to 71, then back to 66. Anyone have one of these fitted and experience the same? I'm ready for pulling it out to be honest, I'd rather the bike over read due to the gearing change than not know if the speed I'm doing is in any way accurate.

I had one fitted to the R1 and it never ever did that !! might be a faulty unit ?

I'd also check the connections for water etc might be a small issue ?

Recently had one fitted to my RR6 and it is working fine. Maybe you were riding through an anomoly in the space-time continuum.
