Right ordering new shock and springs for forks but how much leeway is there in each spring

For example 200-240Lb or more or less etc?
Reason I ask is I'm currently loosing weight and don't want to end up having to spring it all over again in 6 months

Martin I think you need some professional help to make sure you buy the right springs.. Phone up MCT or another of the "experts" and pic their brains. Im sure they can advise you over the phone based on your bike and your weight when your fully kitted up.

I dont think a stone here or there when you loose it is going to impact things massively, if your serious about loosing it then provide your weight without gear, I find my gear weighs about a stone without helmet!

You could even then use these people to fit the springs and sort it all out for you, im sure they will do a postal service?

I'm all good now the leeway is aprox 10lb each way so going to quote 1.5 stone less than I am with gear on and go from there that way I have covered all areas, shocks coming from US anyway so will take a couple of weeks and I can loose at least 1/2 a stone by then
