Standard suspension set up guide?

Static sag ! When the bike is stood alone, how much sag should there be front and rear ? before damping , rebound is attacked

 

Very interesting didn't know that about fork pinch bolts.. So you add the spindle and bolt up bounce on it then tighten all pinch bolts or tighten one side first?
