standard vs SP subframe weight difference

    anyone tell me the difference in weight between the standard and SP subframes? Thanks

    Mine worked out 230 grams lighter.

    Afraid not but does look better. I guess the press included the weight saving of the rear seat foot pegs

    I did the subframe and used 2 x Racebolt drilled ti nuts and 5 x MVS hollow ti bolts. The Carbomoto carbon undertray and number plate bracket is lighter than the DPM item.

    Bang on .... Not a great deal but if your going all the way then it all mounts up! I think it's around 23 Ti bolts I fitted including the main fixing bolts in total! Now when you remove all the stock bolts and stick them in a bag it's a surprise how much weight you have!!

    Swapping them for for Ti has saved between 2-3 kilos for me. If I uses more aluminium for non stressed bolts it would have been much more

    Sounds about right Simon.... I've even removed my rear seat lock! And used some lock-wire attached to the sprung loaded catch... Hard core

    You'd be surprised but he average human dump is not that much, however I do find some people are full of more shit than others ;) :D

    No matter how fat you may be once you ride light weight bikes nothing else comes close..

    black painted/repsol is round about 20 gr more
