Apologies if this isn't in the right place but I am loosing my mind.

I commute on a 2011 Blade, however she is being a brat at the moment and cannot work out why.

The bike refuses to start if it has been recently started. For example, If I start her up and go get petrol, the first time it will instantly fire up no issues, but by the time I get fuel (which is at the end of my road) when I have go to leave it will not fire up. all the lights come on, primes the pump as normal but just will not start. Cranks over but eventually just drains the battery. I have had to resort to keeping a boost pack and dismantling the bike everytime I have to do a short trip which is quite frankly embarrasing.

    So to summarise
    - Starts first time in the morning and leaving work, no issues.
    - Refuses to start if recently started (can start it, turn key off, try again and will not run)
    - New battery fitted
    - All new plugs, did not see anything wrong while replacing
    - All new fuses, replaced alllll of them
    - Checked the Reg/rec unit, starter relay, battery. All ok
    Any ideas?

Bad earth point or common bussbar ( electrical comb that slots in a plug to common up wires)

Does it start ok after a long run? Do you have to wait until it cools to start it. You use a jump pack; does it fire up right away on that or you wait until it cools?
If you start it from cold, then immediately stop it, will it restart?

It will start 1st time everytime it is left for several hours but doesnt matter if its a long ride, cold, hot, or just starting for a minute in the garage. Will not fire up the second time I try

And it starts first time on the booster pack?
I know you say it’s had a new battery but it still points to that being the issue o_O

Have a look at grooveski posts. Maybe of use. I've only seen it with Kawasaki's when they get to about 74°.

Even with the booster pack it takes a tiny bit longer to fire, it will but noticeably takes longer. 1st fire is always within 1/2 seconds with the booster its more like 3/4. I know that sounds trivial time wise but it is like double the time lol

Did you use a meter to check stator and reg/rectifier output ?

So, it has trouble when the starter motor or relay is hot from being used?
    Does it crank over slowly?

Kill switch contacts are all cleaned, nothing menacing found there
Replaced the Reg/Rec unit on idle Im getting 14.3v
Getting 0.1ohm from the Stator testing the pin to the reg/rec and some places online said it should be more like 0.2 to 0.5
Tested the main earth point on the frame, nothing bad there either. Is there another earthing point..somewhere?
Battery will drain to about 12.5/12.6 and then sit at that voltage (I have a video of the voltage draining by 0.01 every half second or so)

It is now at the point I need to jump it just to get it going, no matter when or how long since I last used it

14.3 is a healthy charging voltage.
The battery drain is too quick.
I would check the parasitic current drain to see if it is in spec.
If the results are good, then have the battery tested for CCA. New batteries can sometimes be also faulty,

There is a guy on another CBR forum with a very similar issue, and he found the problem to be the magnets coming loose/unstuck in the starter motor!?! Apparently they are only glued in place and over time the glue fails and they slowly become loose hence the problem starts as a niggle but gets worse as time goes on and another magnet becomes loose!?! He says he took several apart to find this issue and even found broken magnets inside!?!
    Just thought I'd share.
    Cheers Andy

Check the starter motor... Most likely it's what @Animal said.

Happened to my 08 twice already, magnets inside the start motor shattered.
