    Hi guys,

A bit of advice if i may. After a trackday last monday my left wrist/fingers were in agony from the clutch and there's still a little aching a week later! I've got shorty levers on it but it just seems that the clutch is very stiff?

Any suggestions? Is this normal? Bleed the clutch help at all?

    Thanks!

RR4-6 then? Go back to long lever, or STM slave :) Lighter springs....(not recommended).

RR7 but i assume the same! Long lever didn't make alot of difference when i had that on to be honest, still felt stiff? STM slave cylinder? Why does that sound like it's going to cost me an arm and a leg? lol!

Had an RR5 but that had nothing on the heaviness of my Ducati Streetfighter, still suffering the tennis elbow 6 weeks after I sold it. the RRB is a dream by comparison.
