Stiff side stand...

    The side stand on my 200 blade has become very stiff and it needs more help when kicking it up and down

    Common thing?

    Do they come apart easy?

    Any ideas what I should do.

    Take apart and grease or just slap some on the moving parts?

    Yup as above loads a WD on pivot point and work it in by moving the stand back n forth then when freed off apply a grease to keep it that way!

    I usually give the pivot a squirt of chain lube everytime I lube the chain - seems to keep it free and easy :)
