Not sure on size (roughly 18mm diameter) and It will be a copper washer, they can be re-used if they are not flattened too much. Just take your washer to you local motor factors and they will match it up
Here you go. Given the postage is more that the cost of the washer I'd order a few. Wouldn't surprise me if they were £5 a pop from a Honda dealer but you might find them cheaper from somewhere else. Drain Plug Washer 12mm Honda 94109-12000
