    Hi Guys,
Just wondered what other peoples suspension set ups are for comparisons.
I had mine set up at ohlins suspension place near me.
    They set mine to
    Fp 11 from full soft
Fc 2.5 turns out from hard
    Fr 1 turn

    Rp 7/10
    Rc1.5 turns out from hard
    Rr1.5 turns out from hard.

Front and rear rider sag was 36mm with me at 15st without gear .

Since then i have tweaked it.
    Fp 12
    Fc 2
    Fr 1.5
    Rp 8/10
    Rc 1.5
    Rr 1 1/4

You have a standard '15 bike, with stock Showa BPF forks?

I haven’t played much with my suspension (2014 std non-sp), left it at standard for the road but added a couple of clicks preload front and back when I took it on the track. I will have a think about your settings and maybe try them out.

I’m just under 14st without gear.

Having said that, once you've gotten that rider sag correct you need to check free sag. In the shock free sag should be 5 - 15 mm and in the forks 5 mm more. If you don't get those free sag numbers you need to replace the springs. 5mm or less you need heavier spring in the shock and the same thing goes for forks. How much you weigh in kg's and what kinda riding you want the suspension to work for you ?
