    is it worth it?
Will they keep the old settings for you?
And where have people took theirs?
    Thanks

Had mine done at Banks in Bury St Eds..by a specialist firm at one of their open days a while ago. Got the paperwork here somewhere. Paid a nominal fee as far as I remember but yes definitely made the bike a better place to be

Is it for road or track?

I set mine up as per the owners manual, and then adjusted from there. I weigh 65kg, so I had to take a bunch of preload out, and some compression out. Rides beautifully now.

Kais for me, I’ve never kept the original settings as they weren’t right for me to start with.

Plenty of books and guides out there.
I found the honda CRF 250x workshop manual very informative as an introduction

I've tried loads and can't seem to get one where I think this is amazing.
I've got std bpf and a bitubo xxf rear shock on a 2015 blade

Don't tell me that is you weight kitted up, I have set my own bike up, I've done the usual static settings as per instructions but I think the more work you do the more you expect, different temperatures, roads etc affect it so much,
